Ra Protocol — Overview

AI agents inside your wallet. Never get liquidated again.

Ra reviews your on-chain portfolio in full and executes the move you would make yourself, given the time to watch the markets around the clock: debt refinanced to a cheaper venue, idle capital routed into vetted yield, or a timely step-in before a position is liquidated. Non-custodial by construction: the agents act for you, but can never take from you.

100% non-custodial. Ra never holds a key, and your funds remain in your own wallet at all times.

The problem

DeFi gives you control — but no co-pilot.

Your capital is scattered across protocols, each with its own dashboard. The expensive mistakes happen in between, where nothing is watching.

Liquidations happen at 3amA price move while you sleep can wipe a position. Watching health factors is a job, not a hobby.
Debt sits at yesterday's rateBorrow rates move constantly. Most users pay more than they need to and never notice.
Idle capital earns nothingStablecoins sit in wallets at 0% while vetted venues pay real yield a signature away.
How it works

An AI that executes — not another chatbot.

Every "AI + DeFi" product on the market gives advice. Ra ships the hard part: a loop that ends in a real, safety-gated, ready-to-sign transaction.

The model never moves funds. Execution is always a separate step you sign — or that an armed agent drives within limits you set and the contract re-verifies on-chain, every single call.

Even a fully compromised keeper can only ever help you.

Every guardrail is re-verified on-chain at execution — not trusted to an operator, not signed in advance. The worst any caller can do is lift a genuinely at-risk position: with your own pre-approved funds, within your caps, into your own position. A keeper is a liveness dependency, never custody. That is the claim no "give the bot your keys" competitor can make.

The franchise

Four agents on watch.

Each is a focused, non-upgradeable contract. Arm one in two signatures; revoke it in one — disable the agent or pull its approval, either fully stops it.

Liquidation Shield

RaGuardian
Flagship

Lifts your health factor before liquidation — repaying debt or adding collateral toward your on-chain target, from your own pre-approved capital.

Fires when HF < your floorCapped per epoch

Rate Optimizer

RaOptimizer

Moves your debt to the cheapest allowed venue — an on-chain economic gate proves the saving is real before a single token moves.

Fires when a cheaper venue existsOnce per epoch

Yield Router

RaYieldRouter

Keeps idle balances and un-leveraged supply at the highest-yield vetted venue — a simple withdraw-then-supply, no flash loans, no swaps.

Fires when better yield existsVetted venues only

Stop-Loss

RaStopLoss

Unwinds a leveraged position the moment your collateral hits a price you chose — so a downturn never runs away from you.

Why you can trust it

Guardrails live on-chain — not in promises.

On every call, the contract itself re-checks five things — independent of who the caller is, or what any server says.

AuthorizationYou have an enabled agent, and this exact move is in its allowlist.
TriggerThe condition is genuinely true right now — read from the protocol's own on-chain data.
CapsSize per move and frequency per epoch stay within limits you set.
Post-stateThe result leaves you at least as safe as you allowed — e.g. HF at or above your floor.
BeneficiaryFunds can only ever flow into your own position. There is no other direction.
Permissionless keepersAnyone can drive your agents — no single-operator point of failure, no privileged address to trust.
Non-upgradeable contractsNo proxy, no admin path into your funds. The owner can pause execution; it can never seize.
You pay only your own gasRa launches free. Agent gas is reimbursed from your own pre-approved funds — oracle-priced and capped. Never Ra, never a third party.

Don't take our word for it. Verify it.

The full franchise — the execution engine and all four agents — is deployed and source-verified on Base. Every guardrail described on this page is readable in the contracts themselves.

There is no Ra token. Any token claiming to be Ra is a scam. Ra launches free — the only cost is the gas for your own transactions.
Status & roadmap

Prove it small. Scale it audited.

Launch on Base Live now

The full agent franchise running end-to-end with permissionless keepers — under a deliberate phased rollout with tight caps.

External audit Next

An internal Phase-1 review and forked-mainnet test suites back the current deploy; an external audit is the gate to broader scaling.

Ethereum mainnet

The same non-upgradeable bytecode, promoted once the Base run clears its gate — unlocking Spark and Sky savings venues.

Self-driving accounts

EIP-7702 / ERC-4337 session keys, so your own account can drive your agents — no external keeper at all.

We say this plainly: Ra has not yet completed an external audit — which is exactly why today's rollout is capped small. In DeFi, honesty is the only durable marketing. Size positions accordingly.
